from Songwriter… ハワイの古謡「Alekoki」は第6代ハワイ王国国王ルナリロのカマーマル王女との悲恋を、第7代ハワイ王国国王カラーカウアの泉のそばの恋路を描いたとも。そんな切ない恋の歌の一節からヒントを得て完成させました。 “アレコキ”とは、オアフ島ヌウアヌにある小さな滝のある水場のこと。 The motif of this tune is based on the love song "Alekoki" which is famous in Hawai'i. According to the tradition, this song is derived from the love story of Lunalilo the 6th monarch of the Kingdom of Hawai'i and Princess Kamamaru, or the tale of Kalākaua the 7th falling love at this spring "Alekoki" in Oafu island.
